This sweet is interesting because you can&#8217;t get it all year round. You only get it during the month of August to celebrate festivals like Teej and Rakhi. Traditional Indian sweet, Ghevar is made with flour and soaked in sugar syrup. The crispy deep-fried disc is soaked in sugar syrup. It is garnished with nuts.
